No. Sign up, type your agency name, pick a colour and a style, upload your logo — your site is live at name.aqarattech.com. Later you can connect your own domain from the dashboard in four guided steps; the SSL certificate is issued automatically within a minute.

Nothing is deleted. You choose Basic (SAR 49/month) or Open (SAR 99/month) and pay by mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. If you don't subscribe, the site pauses and your data is kept for 90 days.

Yes. On the Custom plan we migrate everything for you (data, photos, clients). On other plans you can import a CSV/Excel file from the dashboard, or add listings from your phone with photos.

Every listing carries a WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message including the property name. It reaches the agency's or the assigned agent's number, and a lead is created in the CRM automatically with the listing link — no technical setup on your side.
